Your Rights and Responsibilities

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the mr777 website (mr777.games), all sub-pages, mobile interfaces, applications, and any other digital product operated by mr777.
• "Account" means the registered player account opened by you on the Platform, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, expressed in PKR.

To register and maintain an Account with mr777, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited to you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from mr777 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of mr777.
• The funds you deposit are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of criminal activity.

mr777 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of your Account and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each player may hold only one (1) mr777 Account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension. All balances across duplicate accounts will be forfeited without right of appeal.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You agree to promptly update your account details if any information changes. mr777 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your mr777 Login credentials. You must keep your username and password confidential and must not share them with any third party. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify mr777's support team immediately via live chat. mr777 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

mr777 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.

All deposits and withdrawals on the mr777 Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah, subject to availability and applicable processing limits at the time of transaction.

Minimum deposit: 500 PKR per transaction, unless a specific active promotion stipulates a different minimum qualifying deposit amount.

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. mr777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, telecommunications networks, or banking systems.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account Balance must be entirely comprised of real-money funds (i.e., any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds must be fully completed before a withdrawal is processed).
• mr777 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible.

All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all mr777 promotions, unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to a separate Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unfulfilled bonus funds expire upon the end of the validity period and are removed from your Account.
• mr777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to honouring obligations already accrued by eligible players.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting wagering requirements through low-risk or excluded game play — is prohibited. mr777 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where abuse is detected.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time, unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.

All bets placed on the mr777 Platform — including sports bets on HBL Pakistan Super League fixtures, international cricket, Cockfighting markets, and casino game wagers — are subject to the specific rules of each product category, which are published within the relevant sections of the Platform.

mr777 reserves the right to:

• Void any bet placed in error, placed on incorrect odds due to a technical or human error, or placed in circumstances that constitute exploitation of a pricing error.
• Suspend or close betting markets at any time, including in response to breaking news, weather conditions, event cancellations, or regulatory guidance.
• Limit maximum bet sizes per event, per market, or per player at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
• Apply settlement rules in accordance with the applicable sport or game rules, including the resolution of disputes arising from incomplete events or technical failures.

Casino game outcomes at mr777 are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. The results of all games are fair, random, and independent. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot games are published within the game information panels.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mr777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate and permanent Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes, exploit promotional offers, or manipulate betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or using the Platform to disguise the origins of funds.

All content on the mr777 Platform — including but not limited to the mr777 brand name and logo, game titles, graphics, software, user interface designs, marketing materials, text content, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of mr777 or its licensed content suppliers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of mr777.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mr777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from:

• Service interruptions, technical failures, or maintenance periods.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made by you based on game outcomes, odds information, or promotional content displayed on the Platform.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Changes to law or regulation affecting your ability to access the Platform in your jurisdiction.

mr777's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the Account Balance held by that player at the time the claim arises.

mr777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by mr777 may include your name, date of birth, contact information, Pakistan mobile number, payment method details, and gaming activity records. This data is used for account management, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support purposes.

mr777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, without prior notice, where:
